At www.rdd-tech.com, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not completely happy, please review our refund and returns policy below.

Important Note

Please carefully review the product descriptions and specifications for each electronic component before placing your order. Returns will not be accepted for incorrect orders caused by failure to read the product details.

If any descriptions or specifications are unclear, please contact us at support@rdd-tech.com before completing your purchase. Our team is happy to assist!


Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase.
  • To qualify for a return, items must:
    • Be unused and in their original condition.
    • Be returned in the original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and components.

Note: Customized or special-order items, such as pre-programmed components, or anything with modification service included are not eligible for returns.


How to Initiate a Return

To begin a return, please contact our customer service team at support@rdd-tech.com. After approval, you’ll receive instructions on how to ship the product back to us.

All returns must be received by our warehouse within 14 days of the shipping confirmation date.


Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email notification. The email will confirm if your refund request is approved or denied.

  • Approved Refunds: A credit will be applied to your original payment method within 2-3 business days.
  • Rejected Refunds: Items that do not meet our return criteria will not be refunded.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account or payment method.
  2. Contact your credit card provider, as processing times may vary.
  3. Contact your bank for further assistance.

Sale and Clearance Items

Refunds are only available for regular-priced items. Sale and clearance items are final and cannot be refunded.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged during shipping. To request an exchange, contact support@rdd-tech.com with your order details.


Shipping Returns

To return your item, ship it to:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for high-value items. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking information.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Damaged items due to misuse.
  • Opened or installed components.
  • Items missing serial numbers or tamper-evident seals.
